		<description>Well it&#039;s over. There was a strong backbench revolt over this and I seriously hope the Lords can be convinced that pushing this bill back to the commons is the only reasonable course of action here (I doubt they will however - the whips were clearly cracking yesterday and I&#039;m sure the influence in the Lords will be similar)
